2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

  • We sell non-alcoholic beverages
  • All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT (Value Added Tax)
  • Prices include any applicable recycling/deposit fees where required by law
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed
  • Product images are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary slightly

4. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

  • When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products
  • We will send you an order confirmation email, which constitutes our acceptance of your offer
  • The contract is formed when you receive the order confirmation
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons (e.g., product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud)

5. PAYMENT

  • Payment is due at the time of order

6. DELIVERY

  • We guarantee that products will have adequate shelf life upon delivery

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • You have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with EU law

  • Products must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for return

9. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

  • Products conform to EU Directive 2019/771/EU on conformity of goods
  • We are liable for defects that exist at the time of delivery
  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

  • Your newsletter subscription is separate from your customer account and order data
