SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPPING REGIONS
We currently ship to:
- Slovakia (domestic shipping)
- European Union member states
2. SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery address
- Order weight and size
- Selected shipping method
All shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
3. DELIVERY TIMES
Domestic Shipping (Slovakia):
- Standard delivery: 2-5 business days
- Express delivery (if available): 1-2 business days
EU Shipping:
- Standard delivery: 5-10 business days depending on destination country
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may be affected by:
- Public holidays
- Weather conditions
- Customs procedures (for non-Slovak EU destinations)
- Carrier delays beyond our control
4. ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
5. SHIPPING CARRIERS
We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure safe delivery of your beverages.
6. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email
- You can track your shipment using the carrier's tracking system

7. SPECIAL HANDLING FOR BEVERAGES
Due to the nature of our products (canned beverages):
- All shipments are packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit
- Products are shipped in their original packaging (boxes/packs)
- We take special care to ensure cans arrive undented and undamaged
- Products are shipped at ambient temperature; no refrigeration during transit
8. DELIVERY ISSUES
Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged:
- Inspect the package upon delivery
- Take photos of any damage to the packaging and products
- Contact us immediately at hello@liquidpositive.com
- We will arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost
Failed Delivery Attempts:
- The carrier will typically make 2-3 delivery attempts
- You will receive notifications about delivery attempts
- Packages may be held at a local pickup point if delivery cannot be completed
- Unclaimed packages will be returned to us; you may be responsible for return shipping costs
Lost Shipments: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time:
- Contact us at hello@liquidpositive.com
- We will investigate with the carrier
- If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund
9. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
EU Shipments:
- No customs duties apply for shipments within the EU
- All prices include VAT for EU customers
Non-EU Shipments:
- Currently, we do not ship outside the European Union
- If this changes, customers will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
10. RECYCLING AND DEPOSIT FEES
- Any applicable recycling or deposit fees are included in the product price
- These fees comply with Slovak and EU environmental regulations
- Fees will be clearly itemized at checkout where required by law
11. FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS
- We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time
- Terms and conditions of free shipping offers will be clearly stated
- Free shipping typically applies to standard delivery only
- Minimum order values may apply
12. ADDRESS ACCURACY
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
- We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Address changes after order placement may not be possible once the order has been shipped
