REFUND POLICY

Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods.

Important Notice for Beverages: Due to the nature of our products (non-alcoholic hop water in cans), we can only accept returns of unopened and undamaged products in their original packaging. For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened beverages.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal:

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

You may use the withdrawal form provided below, but it is not obligatory.

Return Conditions for Beverages:

  • Products must be unopened and in original packaging
  • Cans must be undamaged (no dents, leaks, or damage)
  • Products must be within their best-before date
  • Original packaging (boxes/packs) must be intact

Return Shipping Costs: You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using tracked shipping due to the fragile nature of canned beverages.

Refund Timeline: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we receive and inspect the returned goods.

We will make the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us immediately at hello@liquidpositive.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, for any products damaged in transit or found to be defective.

Deposit/Recycling Fees: Any deposit or recycling fees paid will be refunded along with the product price upon successful return.

Conformity of Goods: In accordance with EU Directive 2019/771/EU, goods must conform to the contract. If goods are defective, you have the right to have them replaced or to receive a refund.
