How does the subscription work?
The subscription renews automatically according to your selected delivery interval, and the store will automatically deliver the products to you after each successful renewal.
For example, if you activate a monthly subscription, the system will automatically charge your credit card every month, and the products will be delivered to your doorstep each month—without you having to place an order yourself!
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time in the customer portal, as shown in the screenshot below. The only case when a subscription cannot be canceled is if you have activated a subscription that requires a certain number of payments before cancellation.
You can access the customer portal via the login link (magic link) that you received by email after placing your first subscription order in the store. You can also access your subscriptions by creating an account in the store.
How can I skip or reschedule a payment?
You can skip or reschedule a payment in the customer portal. For each scheduled delivery, there is a Skip payment button that allows you to skip that payment. You can reschedule a payment by clicking the Reschedule button next to the delivery date.
Can I add products to my subscription?
Of course. You can add products to your subscription in the customer portal. Just click the Edit button in the product section to modify, remove, or add products to your subscription.
What happens if a payment cannot be processed?
If the subscription cannot be renewed due to a failed payment, you will receive an email with a link that allows you to securely update your payment method.
